Back on T.R.A.C.K.

At the end of every summer, we sit back and evaluate.  We take joy in what went right and wonder how on earth some of what went wrong ever happened.  As Camp Directors, our summer days are filled to overflowing and we just don’t have time to sit back and evaluate as we’re running camp.  Or do we?

Here is a tool that will help you at this time of year to take an in-depth look at the one that has passed and prepare for an even better season next year.  It will also be there with you next season to avoid the pitfalls and give the very best to your campers and staff!

Get Back on T.R.A.C.K.!
I used the Back on T.R.A.C.K. tool to evaluate the summer of 2014 with a few staff members. We ended the weekend having had much more in depth conversations than I had expected. Our conversations also left the staff feeling energized, excited about our solutions to problems and re-realizing why we do what we do. I am planning on taking what we discussed into next summer to share with our staff team and hope to open the door to many more conversations about how we can make camp even better.

Back on T.R.A.C.K is a Simple, Effective Process

Thanks for posting the T.R.A.C.K. process. It’s fantastic...a great tool to get the staff to debrief...just wanted to make sure that I said Thanks!
I appreciate all that you (both) do for the camp community.
