It was so exciting to get to present with CampHackers Laura & Jack at the ACA National conference in January and I'm excited to announce that we will be doing it again at ACA MidStates this week!

Jack was kind enough to be part of our What Can Summer Camps Learn from Toyota? podcast about a year and a half ago and we've been keeping the discussion going from there.   

The "Toyota Way" (or what has become known as "lean" thinking) focusses on reducing all waste (time, money, people resources, etc.).  This seemed like a great idea for summer camps who are always looking to do more with less.
